Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At SubRadar (operated by Goalin LLP / ТОО Goalin), we want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. Mobile App Purchases (iOS / Android)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed and managed by Apple/Google respectively.

Android refund: Visit Google Play Help

We cannot process refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases directly.

Cancel auto-renewal: Device Settings → Subscriptions → SubRadar → Cancel (at least 24 hours before next billing).

3. Web Purchases (14-Day Guarantee)

For web purchases (app.subradar.ai via Lemon Squeezy), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro and Team plans.

4. How to Request a Web Refund

1. Email support@subradar.ai with subject: "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email.
3. Processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

• Annual web plans after 60 days: Partial refunds case-by-case.
• Monthly web plans after 14 days: Not eligible.
• Free plan: No charges, no refunds.
• Abuse: Repeated requests may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

• Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until end of period.
• Refund returns money and may remove access immediately.
